Why haven't I received the Stellaron Hunter Blade Outfit in Fortnite after purchasing an eligible item in Honkai: Star Rail?

If you purchased an eligible item in Honkai: Star Rail but have not received the Stellaron Hunter Blade Outfit in Fortnite, you may not have purchased the eligible item through the Epic Games payment platform. This can happen if you didn't launch Honkai: Star Rail using the Epic Games Launcher.
