CS-01 error
This is typically a network configuration issue. Re-enabling the Cloud Saves can resolve it. This won't delete your progress, however, you may receive a conflict error and be required to select the save you would like to load.
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- Click on Settings.
- Uncheck the box next to Enable Cloud Saves.
- Launch the game and play past the previous save point.
- Save the game and then exit the game.
- Re-enable Cloud Saves by clicking on Settings.
- Place a check the box next to Enable Cloud Saves.
- Launch the game.
- Click on Upload in the conflict window.
