CS-01 error

This is typically a network configuration issue. Re-enabling the Cloud Saves can resolve it. This won't delete your progress, however, you may receive a conflict error and be required to select the save you would like to load.

  1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Uncheck the box next to Enable Cloud Saves.
  4. Launch the game and play past the previous save point.
  5. Save the game and then exit the game.
  6. Re-enable Cloud Saves by clicking on Settings.
  7. Place a check the box next to Enable Cloud Saves.
  8. Launch the game.
  9. Click on Upload in the conflict window.
