DP-OS-03 error

This error code indicates there may be a permission issue on your PC. Try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue: 

1. Check the Groups in the Epic Games Launcher properties: 
   
   1. Close the Epic Games Launcher completely by right-clicking the system tray icon in the bottom right and clicking Exit.
   2. Right-click the Epic Games Launcher shortcut and click Properties.
   3. Click the Security tab.
   4. Click your username under Groups or user names.
   5. Click Edit.
   6. Check all the Allow boxes.
   7. Click Apply.
   8. Click OK.
   9. Try installing the game again.
2. Disable background applications: How do I disable background applications?
   Background applications can interfere with the Epic Games Launcher so disabling these may resolve your issue
3. Try running the Epic Games Launcher as an Administrator: How do I run the Epic Games Launcher as an Administrator?
4. Confirm you have read/write access to the folder/place you are installing the game: 
   1. Navigate to your selected install location.
   2. Right-click and select Properties.
   3. Select the Security tab.
   4. Select your username in the Group or user names box.
   5. Verify that there is a check under Allow beside both Read and Write in the Permissions box.
