PI-UBI-01:102008 Error

This error code means that the system has failed to redeem the game because it is for a different region. To fix the issue, check the following:

• If you are playing via GeForce Now, you will need to redeem the game via the Epic Games Launcher before being able to launch in GeForce Now.
• If you are playing the game via the Epic Games Launcher:
  • Make sure that you are not using a VPN when trying to play the game. 
  • Restart your computer and try launching the game again. 
  • If that does not solve the issue, check if your account country needs to be updated:
    1. If the country needs to be updated, first refund the game. You can check out our article on How to refund an Epic Games Store purchase for information on how you can request a self-refund
    2. Update your account country. If needed, check out our article on How do I change the country on my Epic Games account? for more information.
    3. Purchase the game again.
