Redemption Code Error: 19010

This error occurs when the code has already been redeemed on an Epic Games account.

  1. Check if you have multiple Epic Games accounts. The code may have been redeemed on a different account you own. Sign in to any other Epic Games accounts you have and check your library or purchase history.
  2. Confirm you are entering the code correctly. Pay close attention to characters that look similar, such as the number 0 and the letter O, or the number 1 and the letter I.
  3. If you believe the code should not have been redeemed and was legitimately purchased, contact the retailer where it was purchased with your proof of purchase.
