Can I refund a gift that I sent on the Epic Games Store?

Gifts sent on the Epic Games Store are non-refundable, except in these cases:

• The recipient rejected the gift or did not claim it within 14 days - gifts expire after 14 days, and unclaimed or rejected gifts are automatically refunded to the sender.
• The game was removed from the store before the gift was accepted - the gift is automatically canceled and refunded to the sender.

In both cases, the refund is processed automatically. You do not need to contact Epic Games Support to request it.
