Error codes IS-UN-MF03-5 or IS-UN-UAR1 when uninstalling game

If you receive either of these error codes when you try to uninstall a game, follow these steps:

1. Restart your computer.
2. Open the Epic Games Launcher as an administrator, then uninstall the game. Refer to How do I run the Epic Games Launcher as an Administrator?
   Note: Make sure that the game is not open.
   1. Select Library in the Epic Games Launcher.
   2. Find the game you want to uninstall.
   3. Select the three dots next to the game.
   4. Select Uninstall.
3. Check if the game has a paused update. If it does, refer to Unable to uninstall a title from the Epic Games Launcher.
4. Reinstall the Epic Games Launcher. Refer to How do I reinstall the Epic Games Launcher?
