I can't access my games on the Epic Games Launcher

If you have issues accessing your games try the following troubleshooting:

1. Reset filters in Epic Games Launcher to show all games
2. Make sure that the game has been released. Some titles may not be available yet: How to understand Epic Game Store offer statuses
3. Restart the Epic Games Launcher:
   1. Click the system tray icon in the bottom right corner of your screen
   2. Right-click the Epic Games Launcher icon
   3. Select Exit
4. Verify your computer time/date settings and ensure automatic time/date updates are enable: How do I sync the clock on my device?
