I can't launch my Ubisoft game through the Epic Games Launcher

You can try the following launcher troubleshooting to start your game:

1. Update Epic Games Launcher, refer to Update the Epic Games Launcher.
2. Clear Epic Games Launcher cache, refer to How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC? 
3. Check if the game shows in your Ubisoft Connect Launcher, launch the game through the Epic Games Launcher.
   • If it doesn't, launch the game from the Epic Games Launcher.
   • If it does, follow the steps below:
     1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking on the system tray icon in the bottom right corner and clicking on Exit.
     2. Start the Ubisoft Connect launcher as an administrator by right-clicking on the shortcut and clicking on Run as administrator.
     3. Go to the Library tab.
     4. Click on the game title you want to play.
     5. Launch the game from the Ubisoft Connect launcher.
