Unable to launch Kingdom Come: Deliverance II due to the “License not verified" error

If you encounter this error upon trying to launch Kingdom Come Deliverance II, follow these steps:

1. Update the Epic Games Launcher
2. Verify the game files in the Epic Games Launcher
3. If the issue continues, gather the game log files kcd_launcher.log and kcd.log:
   1. Navigate to the folder location where the game is installed (e.g. C:\Program Files\Epic Games\KingdomComeDeliverance2)
   2. You should be able to locate both log files here.
      Note: In some versions of the game the log files might be found deeper in the subfolders (e.g. C:\Program Files\Epic Games\KingdomComeDeliverance2\bin\Win64MasterMasterEpicPGO)
4. Contact PLAION Support (Opens in a new tab) for assistance and provide them with the logs.
