Why am I stuck on the login page after launching Hidden Folks on PC?

If you're stuck on the Epic Games login screen after launching Hidden Folks on PC, the issue may be caused by non-alphabetical characters (such as numbers, symbols, special characters inc. non-English languages)

To resolve this, follow these steps:

1. In your game library, click on the three dots next to Hidden Folks.
2. Select Manage.
3. Click on the Folder icon next to Uninstall to open the installation path.
4. Check that the folder name and the full path only contains alphabetical characters.
5. If the name or path includes any special characters, either:
   • Rename the folder so it only contain letters, or
   • Reinstall the game to a path that does not include special characters
