Why are the Epic Games Achievements Privacy settings locked or not being saved?

If you cannot update your achievement privacy settings, you may need to change the settings to something else, then change them back to the desired settings for them to apply.

1. Go to the My Achievements page by selecting your profile icon.
2. Select the three dots next to Privacy Level.
3. Select Manage Parental Controls, then enter your PIN when prompted.
   Note: You may be asked to create or enter a PIN even if parental controls are not enabled.
4. Select a different privacy level than your current setting, then select Confirm.
   Example: If your privacy setting is Only Me, select Friends Only.
5. Select the three dots next to Privacy Level again.
6. Select Manage Privacy.
7. Select a different privacy level than your current setting, then select Confirm.
   Example: If your privacy setting is Only Me, select Friends Only.
8. Repeat the steps in Manage Parental Controls and Manage Privacy to set your preferred privacy level.
