I subscribed to EA Play but it is not showing up on my Epic Games account

EA Play subscription will only be visible in your Epic Games account if you have purchased it on the Epic Games Store. It will not show up if you purchased it on another platform.

If you do not remember if you subscribed via Epic Games or not, you can go to the Subscriptions section on our website:

1. Navigate to www.epicgames.com/account (Se deschide într-o filă nouă)
2. Sign in to your Epic Games account.
3. Select Subscriptions to the left.

If you have subscribed via the Epic Games Store, it will be visible there. In case it is not, it was most likely purchased on another platform. You can contact the EA Support team here: https://help.ea.com/ (Se deschide într-o filă nouă)
