Epic Pro Support (EPS) is an optional add-on offering for companies that have purchased 10 or more seats of Unreal Subscription, and for licensees on custom terms. It’s designed to give large enterprises hands-on help straight from Epic subject matter experts, including members of our development team. 
EPS reduces the risk of bringing new products to market by providing a highly personalized support environment with expert-level guidance that can help you successfully meet your project deliverables.

With EPS, you can post your questions to a dedicated forum, where they will be answered by Epic Games staff and authorized partners; you can also review existing answers and ongoing discussions shared by other EPS members.
