Why am I not receiving content from Blue Protocol: Star Resonance via In-Game Purchase?
Some players did not receive items after purchasing content such as the monthly card, Void Pass 1 Supreme or the Rose Orb Pack 6480 in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance.

- Your Epic Account ID
- The item(s) purchased but not received
