Why am I seeing Standard Edition in my Epic Games library after buying Ultimate Edition?

If you purchased Ultimate Edition but only see Standard Edition in your library, this can happen due to how the game is set up. Some games only display the base version, even if you purchased a higher edition.

1. Go to your purchase history (Opens in a new tab).
2. Find the game that you bought.
3. Confirm the edition listed is Ultimate Edition.

If your purchase shows Ultimate Edition but you do not have the additional content included with it within the game, you will need to contact the game’s publisher. The publisher manages bonus content such as DLC, in-game items, or upgrades included in special editions.
