I received incorrect content when making a purchase on the Web Shop
If the content you received doesn't match what you ordered, try these steps first:
- Sign out of the game and sign back in. Some purchases take a moment to update.
- Open your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab) and expand the purchase to confirm what was ordered and which player ID it was linked to.
If the content is still incorrect after completing these steps, submit a support request and our team will help.
