How do I submit logs for the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview?

You can send your launcher logs to Epic Games from inside the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview. Logs are sent with a report through Give feedback, and each report gets a reference code.

If Epic Games Support needs your logs to look into an issue you reported, we will ask you for a reference code. Send your logs and share the reference code when Epic Games Support asks for it.

Do not include personal information in feedback or screenshots.

Send your logs

  1. Repeat the steps that cause the issue, so the logs record it.

  2. Select the Epic Games Logo in the top-left corner of the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview.

  3. Select Give feedback.

  4. Describe the issue in the text box.

  5. Turn on Upload logs.

  6. Select Send.

  7. Copy the reference code and reply to Epic Games Support with it.

Find a reference code you already sent

  1. Select the Epic Games Logo in the top-left corner of the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select About.

  4. Next to Feedback history, select View.

  5. Select Copy code next to the report you need.

    Reference codes expire after a set time. If Epic Games Support can't find your report, send your logs again and share the new reference code.
