How do I verify game files in the Epic Games Launcher?

Verifying the integrity of your game files will check the files on your computer to ensure they are not damaged or corrupted. If some files are different, they'll be changed or repaired. Your saved data will not be affected.

To verify game files on the Epic Games Launcher:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.

2. Find the game in your Epic Games Library.

3. Click the three dots on the right side of the game line.

4. Select Manage.

5. Click the Verify button.

6. Wait for validation to complete.

   It may take a while to verify all your files.

To verify game files on the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview:

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher Early Preview.

2. Click on Library at the top bar.

3. Click on the game that you would like to verify the files.

4. Click the three dots next to the Play button.

5. Click on Manage from the dropdown list.

6. Click on Verify.

7. Wait for the notification indicating that the verification was completed.
