Why am I repeatedly asked to agree to the license agreement when downloading Unreal Engine?

Our teams have investigated an issue that caused some users being repeatedly prompted to accept the End User License Agreement when attempting to download Unreal Engine on macOS and Linux. This has now been fixed and you can attempt to download Unreal Engine again.
