Why can't I see my Civilization VI DLC after upgrading to the Platinum or Anthology Editions?

If you cannot see your Civilization VI DLC, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close Civilization VI completely.

  2. Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

  3. Paste the following path into the box and press Enter:

    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI (Epic)

  4. Locate and delete the file named Mods.sqlite.

  5. Relaunch Civilization VI via the Epic Games Launcher.

If the issue still occurs, try to manually enable your DLCs:

  1. Open the Epic Games Launcher and locate Civilization VI in your Library.

  2. Click the three dots icon (...) next to the game title and select Manage Add-Ons.

  3. Ensure that all your DLCs and add-ons are set to enabled by moving the slider to the right.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

  5. Click the three dots icon (...) next to the game title again and select Manage.

  6. Click the Verify button to verify game files.

  7. Go back to Manage Add-Ons to confirm that all DLCs remain enabled.

    If any DLC becomes disabled after verifying, enable it again and apply the changes.

  8. Relaunch Civilization VI via the Epic Games Launcher.

  9. Go to the Additional Content menu to verify your DLC and mods are loading properly.
