How do I get the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite from the Super Meat Boy 3D purchase?

You can unlock the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite by purchasing Super Meat Boy 3D on the Epic Games Store. Purchases made on or after March 31, 2026 qualify for this offer. Refer to the Gift with Purchase (Opens in a new tab) page for eligible items in current promotions.

The Meat Boy sidekick will be automatically granted to your Fortnite account on or after March 31, 2026.

The Meat Boy sidekick may be purchasable in the Fortnite Shop at a later date.

If you've already purchased the Meat Boy sidekick and then purchase Super Meat Boy 3D through the Epic Games Store, you will receive a one-time grant of 1,500 V-Bucks in Fortnite instead of the sidekick.

If you gift Super Meat Boy 3D to a friend through the Epic Games Store, your friend will receive the Meat Boy sidekick in Fortnite, or 1,500 V-Bucks if they already own the Meat Boy sidekick.
