Rocket League Item Shop purchases made with Credits can be refunded by contacting Epic Games Player Support.
Eligibility:
Before submitting a refund request, confirm the following:
- Tu compra se realizó en los últimos 30 días.

- Compras con dinero real, incluidos los lotes que contienen créditos
- Rocket Pass

Return ticket limit:
- Each account has a maximum of 3 return tickets, valid for the lifetime of the account.
- Once a return is completed, it cannot be undone, and the return ticket cannot be recovered.
- No additional tickets will be granted beyond the lifetime limit.
How to request a refund:
If your purchase is eligible, gather the following information before contacting support:
