My Trophies and Achievements in Fall Guys didn't transfer to a different platform

Trophies and Achievements are not shared across platforms in Fall Guys. They must be unlocked individually on each platform. 

Example: If you unlocked Trophies and Achievements on your PlayStation, you won't be able to see them on your PC, or any other platform. To access them on your PC, you need to unlock them on PC.
