Controller Troubleshooting on Steam For Fall Guys

If your controller is experiencing connectivity issues, follow the steps below:

For all controllers:

  1. Open Steam on your PC.
  2. Select View at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Big Picture Mode from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Navigate to the Library menu.
  5. Select Fall Guys
  6. Select Manage Game from the sidebar.
  7. Select the Controller Options setting (Under the Steam Input heading).
  8. Change the Steam Input Per-Game Settings to the Forced On option.
  9. Press OK to confirm the new settings.

Xbox controller Specific:

  1. Open Steam
  2. Navigate to Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings.
  3. Tick the Xbox Configuration Support option
  4. Press OK.
  5. Start the game. 

The controller should now be connected and ready for the Ultimate Knockout experience. If you are still unable to use the Xbox controller after having connected it, then switch to Steam Big Picture Mode

  1. Go to Library > Fall Guys > Manage Game > Controller Options.
  2. Select Forced on for "Steam input per game setting".
  3. Restart Steam.
  4. Launch the game.
