How to troubleshoot PC performance issues when playing Fall Guys

  1. Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements.  Refer to What are the Minimum System Specifications for Fall Guys on PC? If your device meets the minimum requirements, continue to the next step.
  2. Ensure your graphics card and operating system are up to date.  If both are up to date, continue to the next step.
  3. Verify game files and once complete, try playing Fall Guys to see if your issue is resolved.  If not resolved, continue to the next step. Refer to How Do I Verify Game Files in the Epic Games Launcher?
  4. Clear Epic Games Launcher cache and once complete, try playing Fall Guys to see if your issue is resolved.  If not resolved, continue to the next step.  Refer to How do I clear the Launcher cache on PC?
  5. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat and once complete, try playing Fall Guys to see if your issue is resolved.  If not resolved, continue to the next step.  Refer to How do I install Easy Anti-Cheat on my computer to play Fall Guys?
  6. Check if the issue is with your network:
    1. Restart your modem, router, and computer
    2. Try turning off nearby Bluetooth devices, as certain Bluetooth devices can interfere with wireless signals.
    3. Disable your VPN if it is active
    4. Try playing Fall Guys to see if your issue is resolved.  If not resolved, continue to the next step.

  8. If none of the above solve your issue, gather logs and open a ticket with support. Refer to How Do I Find Fall Guys Logs?
