Why have I received the Fortnite Crew Pack items and not the 1000 V-Bucks?

The 1000 V-Bucks included in your Crew subscription are added to your account on the day of your billing.
Your exact billing date depends on your subscription date and/or your primary platform.

The V-Bucks grant in Fortnite Crew will change from 1,000 to 800 V-Bucks.
Fortnite Crew subscribers received an email with the timing and other details of this update in their region.

• If you were previously subscribed to Fortnite Crew on Xbox and now receive it as part of an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk, your billing date may have shifted to match your Xbox Game Pass billing date.

• It may take up to 72 hours for the V-Bucks to appear in your account. If, after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.
