"There appears to be an error processing your rewards" when claiming Fortnite Battle Pass premium rewards

If you see this error when trying to claim your Battle Pass premium rewards, follow the steps below.

  1. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Epic Games account. If you have multiple accounts, sign out and sign back in to the account that owns the Battle Pass.
  2. Sign out and back in, then try claiming the reward again.
  3. Restart Fortnite and try again.
