My friend didn't receive the Pass Gift I sent
If you purchased a giftable Pass (Battle Pass, Lego or Festival) in Fortnite and the recipient didn't receive the gift, you just need to resend the gift to the intended recipient by following these steps:
- Launch Fortnite.
- Go to the Passes tab and choose the page of the Pass you want to send.
Note: You can either scroll through the pages or select the icons on the left of the screen. - Select Gift the Pass.
- If you don't have the Pass, click Get Pass. Depending on the page you're on, it will either show Get Battle Pass, Get OG Pass, Get Music Pass, or Get LEGO Pass.
- If you aren't subscribed to the Fortnite Crew, you will see the option to purchase the Fortnite Crew or just get the pass. Select Get Pass to continue.
- Choose the friend you want to send the gift to.
Note: There will be no price when the purchase window comes up if the Battle Pass gift has not been sent yet.
Important: If your friend previously received the Battle Pass through an active Fortnite Crew subscription that has expired, you may receive an error when trying to gift it. Ask your friend to confirm whether they have already completed the Battle Pass. If they have completed it, you cannot send the Battle Pass because there is no remaining content to claim.
Make sure that you send the gift to the correct friend. All gifts are non-refundable.
If the Pass gift token is left unused, it will be refunded as V-Bucks at the end of the current season.
