Why aren’t paid random items available to me?

• Paid random items are not available to players under the age of 18 in the UK
• Paid random items are not available to players of any age in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Qatar, Singapore, or The Netherlands
• The ‘Allow Paid Random Items’ parental controls setting may be set to Off for your account
