Why haven’t I received my Crew Pack for this month?

Fortnite Crew Packs are delivered at approximately 8 PM ET on the last day of each month. Allow up to 72 hours after that time for the content to appear in your account.

If you have not received your Crew Pack after 72 hours, follow these steps:

1. Confirm your Fortnite Crew subscription is still active by checking your Subscriptions page. (Opens in a new tab)
2. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Epic Games account - the one where the Crew subscription was purchased.
3. Sign out of Fortnite and sign back in on the platform where the subscription was purchased.
4. Restart your device and launch Fortnite again.
