My Fortnite Item Shop shows the wrong currency
If the currency on the Fortnite Item Shop payment page doesn't match your local currency, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your Epic Games account is set to the wrong country
- Refer to How do I check my Epic Games account country/region? to confirm your current country/region selection.
- If your account is set to the wrong country, please follow the instructions in How do I change the country on my Epic Games account? to update it.
- Your console is set to a different country
- Verify that your console country or region is set correctly. If not, please follow the instructions below depending on your console/platform:

- For PlayStation: country/region change is not possible, but to check what region is currently set to, please refer to How to check your account’s country/region on PlayStation (Opens in a new tab)
- Verify that your console country or region is set correctly. If not, please follow the instructions below depending on your console/platform:
