使用V币在Fortnite道具商城进行的购买如何取消或退款

你可以使用以下两种自助服务选项，取消或退回在Fortnite道具商城使用V币购买的大多数物品：取消购买和退款请求。

• All Passes, including Festival (limited-time event) Pass

取消购买

如在Fortnite道具商城中使用V币误购物品，可使用“取消购买”来取消或撤回该笔交易。

Cancel Purchase is available for 24 hours after buying the item and as long as the item has not been used or equipped in any game mode. 
When you cancel a purchase, the item is removed from your account and your V-Bucks are returned. Each item can only be canceled once. If you cancel a purchase and buy the same item again, the game will remind you of this. 

取消购买不可用时，你还可以提出“退款请求”。

退款请求

购买物品超过24小时后，方可发起退款请求。

退款请求适用于过去30天内购买的符合条件的物品。
提交退款请求后，该物品会从账户中移除，同时返还V币。如购入同捆包，则退款时需退掉整个同捆包。

• 每个账户初始拥有3次退款请求
• 每365天额外获得1次退款请求
• 你最多可同时拥有3次退款请求

如果你没有退款请求，且24小时取消购买期限已过，则该次购买无法退款。Epic Games支持团队无法发放额外的退款请求额度。

如何在游戏内取消购买或退货

1. 打开 Fortnite。
2. 选择右上角的玩家图标。
3. 点击汉堡菜单。
4. 选择支持和退款。
5. 点击退货或取消购买。
6. 找到要退货或取消的物品 
7. 确认选择。
8. 退还的V币将显示在屏幕上

如何在网页道具商城中取消购买或退货

1. 访问fortnite.com/shop (在新选项卡中打开)并登录账户
2. 点击右上角的玩家图标。
3. 选择退货和取消购买。
4. Select Show Purchases.
5. 选择要退货或取消的物品。
6. 确认选择。
7. 退还的V币将显示在屏幕上
