What do I do when I get an error message that says my V-Bucks card or gift card is inactive?

If you receive the error "This code has not been activated. Please see your retailer" or "The retailer/distributor has not activated this code" when trying to redeem a V-Bucks card, it means that the card is inactive.

You must go back to the retailer from which it was purchased for further assistance. The Epic Games Support cannot activate an inactive card.
