Why am I missing the Fortnite Wolfmoon Crest backbling from the Wolfsbane set?

We are aware that some players did not receive the Wolfmoon Crest backbling after purchasing the Wolfsbane set in Fortnite. This has been resolved, and players have been granted the backbling.
