Why am I receiving a message that I am subscribed to Fortnite Crew on multiple platforms?

If you see a message that multiple Fortnite Crew subscriptions were found on your account, it means you have active subscriptions on more than one platform. You can reference How to check which platform I used to subscribe to Fortnite Crew? to see which platforms you have active subscriptions on.
