Why can't I join Fortnite competitive events due to "System requirements failed"?

When events in your Fortnite Compete Tab show locked due to "System requirements failed", or you receive a message in-game informing you that you still have to enable TPM to continue; it means that your PC is not eligible for tournaments that require an Account Level of 350 or higher.

In this case, it is best to first follow all the steps to set up TPM and Secure Boot again:

If you still have the same problem, double-check the following: 

1. Your CPU meets the Recommended System Requirements on What are the system requirements for Fortnite on PC?
2. Your Secure Boot setting is not set as Custom.
3. Your BIOS is updated per your PC manufacturer’s information on their official website
