Why do I need to complete a W-9 or a W-8Ben form?

Due to tax regulations, we’re required to report certain information about you in connection with any reward that you receive from us.  We use W-9 and/or W-8Ben forms (as applicable) in order to collect and report this information.

Note: These forms are filled and signed during the tax interview digitally. You do not have to print and send them to a physical address.
