I haven't received an email about my rewards in Fortnite Showdown

The Global Leaderboard Challenge in Fortnite Showdown runs until April 16th, 2026. The End of Challenge Winners who have earned a physical prize will be contacted by email after that time. Make sure your email and mailing address are updated so we can deliver your prize smoothly!

For the Weekly Winners, we will capture the current leaderboard status every Thursday at 7 AM ET. The top 5 players on the Global Leaderboard at that moment will be selected as the potential weekly winners and will be contacted by email after that time. Please note, our team requires time to review and approve the potential winners to ensure fair play and eligibility. We aim to announce the confirmed Weekly Winners publicly each week on Friday (Eastern Time) by adding an Icon next to their names on the leaderboard.
