Why are my Portable Extractors missing in Fortnite?

We are aware that some players are experiencing an issue where their Portable Extractors, which are used to extract equipped Sprites in Fortnite, are not appearing in-game despite owning them. Our team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating it.
