Why can I refund some cosmetic items without a token in Fortnite?

Due to special circumstances, certain cosmetic purchases can be returned without using a Refund Ticket.

If an item you purchased is eligible for a tokenless refund, you'll be able to return the item and have the V-Bucks spent returned to you, without using any of your return tokens. For more information visit How to Cancel or Refund Fortnite Item Shop Purchases Made with V-Bucks. 
Note: Tokenless refunds may not be available per request and are only available for specific items.
