Why am I not receiving my Battle Pass Bonus rewards after leveling up?

Bonus Rewards in the Fortnite Battle Pass have two requirements: you must reach a certain level, and you must have already claimed the rewards that come before them.

If you leveled up but have not received a Bonus Reward, check the following:

1. Confirm you have an active Battle Pass. Bonus Rewards are only available to players who have purchased the Battle Pass.
2. Check how many levels are required. Some Bonus Rewards require 2 or more level-ups to unlock - you may need to keep earning XP before the reward becomes available.
3. Open the Battle Pass in-game and claim any unclaimed rewards on the page. Bonus Rewards only unlock after the preceding rewards have been claimed.
4. Restart Fortnite and check your Battle Pass page again.
