Why aren't my Season 23 Rocket Pass rewards transferring to Fortnite?

There was an issue with cross-game items from the Season 23 Rocket Pass in Rocket League that prevented them from transferring to Fortnite. The affected items included, but were not limited to, the Ryza Trophy Car Body, No Cap Wheels, and Infrared Trail. This issue has been investigated and resolved.
