Why can't I find the 12 to 12 emote in my Fortnite locker?

If you are unable to locate the 12 to 12 emote in your Fortnite Locker, confirm you are signed in to the correct account where the emote was purchased.
If you are signed in to the correct account, search your Locker using the steps below:

1. Open your Locker.
2. Click on the Emotes section.
3. On the top right, click on the three lines to open the Sort and Filter.
4. Search for it under the “Dance Emote” section.
5. If you still cannot find it, filter it by “Archived” section. Items you previously hid will appear here.

If your item is still missing after following all steps, contact Epic Games Support. Include the item name, purchase date, and the platform you purchased it on.
