Why has my account been restricted from using social features in Fortnite?

Epic Games strives to provide a fun, safe, and fair environment for all of our players. This means that every now and then, we have to restrict players who break the Community Rules (Öppnas i en ny flik).

We will send an email to the email address associated with your Epic Games account if you have been restricted. This email will inform you of the Community Rules (Öppnas i en ny flik) violation(s), you’ve been actioned for. The email will also include a link to Sanctions and Appeals (Öppnas i en ny flik) where you can review your case. This is also where you will be able to file an appeal for some violations if you believe a mistake was made. 

In case you haven't received an email, this information will also be shared with you in-game the next time you log in to play Fortnite.
