Why has my account been restricted from using social features in Fortnite?
Epic Games strives to provide a fun, safe, and fair environment for all of our players. This means that every now and then, we have to restrict players who break the Community Rules (Відкриється в новій вкладці).
We will send an email to the email address associated with your Epic Games account if you have been restricted. This email will inform you of the Community Rules (Відкриється в новій вкладці) violation(s), you’ve been actioned for. The email will also include a link to Sanctions and Appeals (Відкриється в новій вкладці) where you can review your case. This is also where you will be able to file an appeal for some violations if you believe a mistake was made.
In case you haven't received an email, this information will also be shared with you in-game the next time you log in to play Fortnite.
