IS-0001 Error

If you see an IS-0001 error, this means you are already running the game or application.  To resolve this:

1. Restart your computer. Restarting your computer will clear out any other running programs. 
2. Verify your game files by using the steps in this article: How do I verify game files in the Epic Games Launcher?
3. Re-launch the game.
