Why have I not received my V-bucks after purchase?
After purchasing V-Bucks, they are added to your account when you sign in to Fortnite on the same platform where you made the purchase. V-Bucks purchases do not include redemption codes and cannot be gifted to other accounts.
If your V-Bucks are not showing in-game, try the following:
Restart Fortnite to refresh your V-Bucks balance.
Confirm you are signed in to Fortnite on the same platform where you made the purchase. V-Bucks purchased on PlayStation, for example, require signing in to Fortnite on a PlayStation console.
Confirm you are signed in to the correct Epic Games account. Check that your Epic Games account ID matches your in-game profile. Refer to What is an Epic Games Account ID and where can I find it? for steps.
Check whether your platform is part of the Fortnite Shared Wallet. Refer to Why don't all of my V-Bucks transfer across platforms?
Check your Transaction History (Opens in a new tab) to confirm the purchase completed. If there is no record of the purchase, the transaction did not go through - check with your bank or payment provider before trying again.
If your V-Bucks are still missing after following all steps:
If you purchased through PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo, contact the relevant platform support team directly, as Epic Games Support cannot process refunds or investigate purchases made on those platforms.
If you add V-Bucks or redeem a Fortnite Gift Card on a non-Nintendo device, the balance won't appear on your Nintendo device. Refer to My Epic Balance and V-Bucks are not showing on my Nintendo device. If you purchased through the Epic Games Store, submit a support request. Include your order number, the amount of V-Bucks purchased, and the platform you play on.
