Why isn't reinstalling Fortnite fixing the "Corrupted data has been discovered in the game files" error

If you have encountered the error saying "Corrupted data has been discovered in the game files, preventing online play. Please check or reinstall Fortnite to correct these issues" but the reinstall hasn't worked, try reinstalling Fortnite on a different drive. 

1. Open the Epic Games Launcher

2. Select Library

3. Find Fortnite

4. Click the meatball menu (...) 

5. Select Uninstall

6. Once uninstalled, click on the game tile 

7. Click Browse and choose an installation directory on another drive (eg C: or D: if Fortnite was installed on F:)

8. Click Install to install the game on the new drive
