Where can I find the secondary code for my V-Bucks card if I didn't receive it in my email?

If you didn’t receive the secondary code for your V-Bucks card by email, you can find it in your Epic Games account.

How to locate the secondary V-Bucks code

  1. Go to your Epic Games Account Settings (Opens in a new tab).

    You’ll need to log in to your Epic Games account.

  2. Click Transactions on the left menu.

  3. Click V-Bucks Card Redemption at the top.

  4. You’ll see a list of your redeemed V-Bucks cards. The secondary code will be listed here.
